Inspired by the classic English dessert, our Eaton Mess Dream Cake has layers upon layers of moist vanilla sponge, irresistible strawberry buttercream, hand made strawberry jam, smooth vanilla custard and it is packed with perfectly light meringue as well . Finally it is generously topped with sliced strawberries, crispy white chocolate balls and even more meringue.
